    We serve the Tri-Valley cities of Danville, Dublin, Livermore, and San Ramon. Feel free to request service in other areas. We would be happy to extend our service area to your locality, or work with a service closer to you.
  • I own multiple properties. Do I need multiple subscriptions?
    No! You can enjoy all discounted services if you own multiple properties in the Tri-Valley area under one SILVER subscription. However, there is a limit to 3 properties. Gold & Platinum Memberships are only available for one property each.
  • What one-time services are available?
    You name it: filter cleanings, green-to-cleans, water chemistry testing, consultations & training, clean-ups! If you can think of it, we do it. If, for some reason, there is a service we cannot provide, we will provide referrals to a company that can and still offer the discounted rate.
  • Do you provide weekly service?
    Yes! However, we are at capacity for weekly service. You are welcome to reach out to Skimrite.com to find a service that can take your pool on for weekly service, and still become a member with Swimclear to access our highly discounted one-time services.
  • I have weekly service with a different company. Can I still become a member with Swimclear and keep my weekly service?
    Of course! We are all apart of one big happy pool family. If you have a weekly service provider with a different company, you can still become a member of Swimclear and gain access to our highly discounted services & products. We would love to have you!
  • What’s included in free consultations?
    You'll get unlimited access to our local pool service experts for advice on water chemistry, maintenance, repairs, and equipment care. Consultations can take place via text, email, phone, or video call.
  • How often should my filter be cleaned?
    We recommend servicing your pool filter at least every six months (sooner if you have a single cartridge filter). The typical schedule is every March-May and September-November. Specific dates can be determined via email or phone call 30 days in advance.
  • What’s included in the free consultations?
    You'll get unlimited access to our pool experts for advice on maintenance, repairs, and equipment care. Consultations can take place via text, email, or phone & video call.
  • Is this service available outside Pleasanton?
    Yes, we also serve the nearby cities of Danville, Dublin, Livermore, and San Ramon. Feel free to reach out to request service in other areas.
  • How often will my filter be cleaned?

  • Can I use my membership at multiple properties? Do I need multiple memberships?
    Yes! If you own multiple properties in the Dublin area, you can enjoy discounted services for up to 3 of them. Past three properties you will need to purchase an additional membership.
